Wider Regeneration
In addition to the West Walk proposals there are a number of other significant developments on Queensway being taken forward.
THE WHITELEY
Directly opposite the parade lies the £1 billion redevelopment of Whiteleys Shopping Centre by MARK, CC Land, Finchatton and Foster & Partners which is due to complete in Q2 2025 providing a luxury mixed use scheme. This will include in 125 apartments (achieving on average £3,750 psf), hotel, retail and leisure uses.
The hotel, the first UK Six Senses (www.sixsenses.com) who will operate a 109 key luxury hotel with associated restaurant and 20,000 sqft spa offerings. It will be their first in London and offer a significant change to the retail environment.

This will sit along side a 30,000 sqft state of the art Thirdspace Gym, 20,000 sqft Everyman Cinema, 3 new flagship restaurants and 19 retail units (85% let).
PARK MODERN
A development by Fenton Whelan at the southern end of Queensway overlooking Hyde Park where a newly developed
building provides luxury residential apartments in addition to the new restaurant, The Park, by Jeremy King.
THE WILLIAM
A £300m redevelopment to provide a number of high end residential apartments overlooking The Whiteley with approximately 10 new retail and restaurant units fronting Queensway.
GMS ESTATES
Continue with their development plans of 103-131 Queensway which will include refurbishment and redevelopment of their existing mixed use scheme with the redevelopment of 129-131 now complete.
